Our Story
Co-Founders Rachel and Salim have worked together for several years, both in Youth Theatre and Professional Theatre. Over the years, they learned that they shared many values when it comes to directing and teaching. They both believe in the importance of training multi-faceted artists. By registering with T.E.A.M. Theatre, your child will get a well rounded experience. When Company members are not performing on stage, they will learn what it takes to put on a production by assisting in Crew, Costume Design, Prop Design, Light Design, and even marketing. Company members will play active roles in all aspects of theatrical production and develop a diverse repertoire of skills that they can take with them into the world.
The Impact
Starting this company will allow for more opportunity for families in the Greater Tri-Valley Area.
With Team Theatre, participants will get a well rounded and professional experience. They will not only become well trained versatile performers, but will also get training in all aspects of what it takes to put on a production.

Risks and challenges
Two of the major risks and challenges of opening a performing arts studio from nothing and keeping our production enrollment full.
We all know that with budget cuts, Theatre and Arts programs are the first to go.
There is an obvious need for the Arts in our community and a strong desire for quality Arts programs in the Tri-Valley for Youth and Teens.
Team Theatre would like to be a company for youth and teens in the tri-valley with professional training in all aspects of theatre.
We feel confident that with strong financial backing we can keep our classes full by offering state of the art productions.
